RETURNS

MiG technical services are responsible for checking and verifying any potentially faulty products. To assist in this process the team have designed and implemented their own industry leading returns system which receives regular commendations from our existing customer base. At each stage of the returns process the system triggers email notification to tell the customer everything from when the product was received, to fault diagnosis and what action will be taken.

Before returning any product to Media Innovations Groups Ltd, a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued.
